Southern Pecan Pie

The secret to our pecan pie is that we toast our pecans before we load them into the crust and add the brown sugar filling. Sooooo yummy. Tastes like Texas! Serve it warm with a side of vanilla ice cream for a bit of homey, comforting goodness.
